Attorney Paul Barry is a 1985 graduate of St. Michael’s College, Winooski Park, Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Economics and a graduate of Western New England College School of Law receiving a Juris Doctorate degree in 1988.
Attorney Barry began working at the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office in 1986 at first as a law clerk and then as a full-time Assistant District Attorney where he prosecuted numerous criminal cases in both the Superior and District Courts.
Attorney Barry left the District Attorney’s Office for private practice in 1991 and opened up his own law practice in 1996 concentrating in the areas of residential and commercial real estate closings, estate planning, probate and family law, business formations and incorporations, including LLCs, criminal and civil trial work and personal injury law.
Attorney Barry is admitted to practice law in both the Federal and States Courts in Massachusetts, the Federal Court in Connecticut and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Attorney Barry is married with three children and lives in the greater Hampden County area.
